Hello Sandy. It has been a very long time. Congratulations upon your long and obviously successful marriage - it is all too rare these days. This site is great for getting updates on old friends so welcome aboard.

Happy birthday old friend. I hope that things are going well and that you are enjoying retirement as much as I am. I am sorry that I could not get back with you when you were in Florida but I hope that someday we will have another opportunity although it will probably be the next reunion (can you believe it will be 50 years?). I am absolutely planning on making this one. When I was active in Fire/Rescue I was president of our charity, and it always seemed that there was a big event at the time of the class reunions but no excuses this time. Anyway, have a great time with your family and enjoy your day.

Roger was my next-door neighbor and one of the four musketeers of my youth (including Wayne Hahn and John Hurn).  The memories of Roger are indelibly linked to my childhood, and without doubt we have lost one of the truly good people from our class.  I am sure that the Lord had ample reward awaiting his faithful servant when Roger arrived.  My thoughts and prayers for his family.  Brian
