Dr. Jerome Brockman Mitchell, aged 78, of Lonoke, Arkansas, died Friday, March 24, 1978. He was born October 28, 1899, son of Harry L. and Agnes C. (Brockman) Mitchell.

A physician, he was retired after practicing here for over 35 years. He was a member of St. Rose Roman Catholic Church at Carlisle.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Betty J. (Lewis) Mitchell; two sons, Harry J. Mitchell of Bisbee, Arizona and William G. Mitchell of Natchez, Miss; two daughters, Miss Kay Mitchell of Little Rock and Mrs. Mimi Roy of Memphis; a sister, Mrs. Miriam Skinner of Muncie, Ind and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services at St. Rose Roman Catholic Church, with graveside services at Natchez City Cemetery, Natchez, Miss.
