Noland H. Fisher - Class Of 1917

Dr. H. Noland Fisher, 73, of Billings, Montana died early Saturday, June 30, 1973, at his home, following a long illness.

He was born November 3, 1899 in Richland County Illinois the son of John H. and Ellen Fisher. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri in 1928. He interned in St. Louis until opening his practice in 1938 in Olney, Illinois.

He came to Billings in 1948, where he was a ophthalmologist in the Woodrow Drug Building. He retired in 1971 due to ill health.

He married Marianne Fritchey July 4, 1948 in St. Louis.

Survivors include the widow, Marianne Fisher; a daughter, Mrs. Morris Aagenes of Great Falls; three sons, Joseph and David both at home and Richard of Phoenix, AZ; two sisters, Mrs. Grace Bach of Mission, TX and Mrs. Elsie Simmons of Denver.

He was a member of Rotary International Club of Billings.

Services held in the Dahl-Brown Funeral Chapel with burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Billings.
