Zella M. (Carrico) Pampe, 92, died Sunday, May 3, 1987, in Burgin Nursing Manor, Olney, Illinois. Services held in the First United Methodist Church, Olney with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery, Parkersburg. 

Mrs. Pampe was born August 15, 1894, in Jasper County, the daughter of Riley and Delia (Watt) Carrico. She married Carl E. Pampe, May 30, 1919, and he preceded her in death. Mrs. Pampe was a member of First United Methodist Church; Richland Barracks Auxiliary 466 World War I veterans, and Goodwill Rebekah Lodge 201.

Survivors include a son, William R. Pampe, Beaumont, TX; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Catherine Cope, Godfrey; two sisters, Ruth Beasley, Olney; Elizabeth Allen, Bloomington, MI; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son, two brothers and three sisters.
