Funeral services for Mrs. Mabel (Yelch) Craig, age 55, Olney public school teacher for 37 years, until ill health forced her to retire recently, will be held in the Schaub Funeral Home, here. Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Craig, who taught elementary grades at Cherry Street School, died in her home at Route 1, Olney, on Saturday, October 13, 1951.

She leaves her husband, W.G. Craig; a foster-daughter, Kathleen Yelch of Olney; two step-daughters, Mrs. Julia Nordyke of Olney and Mrs. Mary Geary of Alexandria, VA.

She is preceded in death by her parents, George H. and Addie J. (Brant) Yelch.
