Nelle Frances (Shields) Nolan, 99, of Tulsa, Oklahoma died Saturday, June 16, 1996. She was born in Olney, Illinois September 15, 1896 a daughter of Stephen L. and Ella (O’Donnell) Shields. She married Harry L. Nolan in 1953 and he preceded her in death in 1965.

She was a homemaker.
