Mrs. Helen F. (Hoggins) Schrey, 78 of 12 Sherwood Forest, Belleville, Illinois, died at 1:50 p.m. Tuesday, February 1, 1966  at St. Elizabeth Hospital, where she was admitted at 3:30 pm on Monday.

A daughter of the late Henry C. and Laura K. (Gunn) Hoggins, she was born at Falmouth, Illinois on May 19, 1887. Her husband, William E. Schrey, died in 1925.

Surviving are two sons, Edward H. Schrey and Joseph F. Schrey and two grandchildren, Edward and Mary Kaye Schrey.

Mrs. Schrey was a member of First Methodist Church, E. St. Louis and the Women’s Bible Class of the church.

Funeral services held at the Kurrus Funeral Home, E. St. Louis with burial in Olney, Illinois.
