Mrs. Lou (Kaley) Gillespie, age 85, of Warrior, Alabama died Monday, August 14, 1995.

She was a lifelong resident of Warrior, the former owner of Gillespie Cafe in Warrior, a member of Warrior First Baptist Church, and the widow of the late Robert C. Gillespie.

Friends and relatives will be welcomed by the family after 5 p.m. on August 15, at Messmer Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Wednesday, August 16, at 10:30 a.m. at Warrior First Baptist Church with burial at Warrior Cemetery.

Survivors: daughters, Mary Elizabeth Rimel of Warrior, Bobbie Lou Noah of Douglas, Ga., and Linda Kaley Mullins of Alabaster; grandchildren, Nona Elizabeth Rimel, Nancy Rimel McLaughlin, James H. Rimel III, Melinda Mullins Bryson, and Gregory Lane Mullins; five great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be made to First Baptist Church, Warrior. Messmer Funeral Home directing.
