Services for Mrs. Kate Stearns (Falconer) Marwick, 80 of Glencoe, Illinois will be held in Rosehill Cemetery Chapel on Ravenswood Ave. She died Friday, March 17, 1967 in Evanston Hospital. Mrs. Marwick was the widow of Maurice Marwick, a Chicago lawyer.

Mrs. Marwick was born September 18, 1886 in Noble, Illinois daughter of Harry C. and Martha J. (Pead) Falconer.

Mrs. Marwick had a long career in social work which included being an assistant matron in the Montana State Orphanage Asylum, director of the jail division for Cook County Bureau of Social Services, and a volunteer service worker in Hull House from 1912 to 1920.

Survivors are son, Edward F. Marwick and daughter, Julia F. Marwick; beloved grandson, Andrew Maurice Marwick and sister, Mrs. Mary Falconer Ritter.

Interment private in Rosehill Cemetery, Chicago, Illinois.
