Richard Dennis “Squid” Dugan, 49, of Olney died Saturday, November 25, 2006 at Healthcare Center in Flora. A graveside service held at Saron Cemetery in Dundas.

Mr. Dugan was born December 27, 1956 in Olney, the son of Richard Dale and Elisabeth (Shultz) Dugan.

He worked in construction.

He is survived by two brothers, Michael P. Dugan and his wife, Millie of Vidalia, Ga and David W. Dugan of Leavenworth, Kan; a niece, Amy Geisler and a nephew, James R. Dugan.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
