Franklin Frederick Faris, 76 of Olney, died Saturday, March 1, 2003 at Olney Care Center.  Graveside services at Haven Hill Cemetery in Olney with Reverend Douglas C. Rorex officiating.

Mr. Faris was born on August 5, 1926 in Richland County, the son of Harvey and Josephine (Andrews) Faris.

He was a retired farmer and a U.S. Navy veteran.

Mr. Faris is survived by a sister, Kathryn Buckels of Grayville; a brother, Walter Faris of Olney and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Robert, Wayne, Wendell and Marion and one sister, Joann.
