Linda Cantrell, 62, of Olney, passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2015, at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.  Funeral services at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney with Rodney Payne officiating.   Burial in Hanna Cemetery.

Linda was born on July 19, 1953 in Richland County, the daughter of John Alden and Edith (Harmon) Fleming. She married Donald "Tinker" Cantrell on December 8, 1973, in Albion. He preceded her in death on October 16, 2007.

Linda was a lifetime member of the VFW, Eagles and American Legion. She enjoyed being with her dogs, Duke and Angel, and loved being surrounded by her family and friends. She enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching traffic go by and really enjoyed the visits from people who stopped. Her hobbies were cooking, gardening and flowering. Linda is loved by many and will be missed dearly.

Mrs. Cantrell is survived by her daughter, Julie (Jerry) Doan, of Olney; daughter, Clota (Chris) Ellerman, of Grayville; daughter, Milisa "Missy" Cantrell, of Olney; son, Gary (Beth) Cantrell, of Olney;  ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, Jerry Fleming; sister, Norma Jean Taylor and several nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by parents, husband, sister, Karen Sue Fleming, and brother, Carl Fleming.
