Kathleen Ann Whitt, 66, of Farina, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2015 at her residence in Farina.  Funeral services at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Edgewood with Father Marek Kasperczok officiating.  Burial in Farina Cemetery.

Kathy was born on March 7, 1949 in Stringtown, the daughter of Walter and Anna (Zuber) Kocher.  She married Ralph Whitt on September 27, 1969 at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Stringtown.

Kathy was a member of St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Edgewood.  She loved baking and spending time with her grandchildren.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Ralph of 45 years of marriage; son, Alan Whitt of Altamont; daughter, Julie Hodges of Edgewood; three brothers, Gilbert Kocher , Duane Kocher and Mark Kocher all of Olney; two sisters, Marie Kuhl of Wendelin and Martha Jean Klingler of Dundas; sister-in-law, Mary Kocher of Olney and five grandchildren.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Alan and Maynard Kocher and brother-n-law, Kenneth Klingler.
