Mark Lloyd Phillips, 59, of Palm Coast, Florida, and formerly of Claremont, died Thursday, July 23, 2015.  A private family service will be held at a later date.

Mark was born on December 3, 1955 in Claremont, the son of Harold and Georgia Phillips.  He moved to Florida in 1984 where he married Debbi De Torres on March 17, 1989.  Debbi preceded him in death on June 18, 2009.

Mark is survived by his brothers, Steve Phillips and Randy Phillips both of Claremont and Jeff Phillips of Palm Coast, Fla.; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife and parents.
