Mrs. Nellie (Hensley) Elliott, widow of Harvey Elliott, passed away Friday, September 28, 1945 at the home of her son Vernon Elliott in Olney.

Her husband Harvey Elliott, former Sheriff of Richland County, passed away on March 5, 1940.

She is survived by four sons, Kenneth of St. Louis, OK, John of McCook, Nebraska, Myron and Vernon of Olney.  Two daughters, Evelyn and Gertrude have preceded her in death.

One brother, Rolla Hensley of Flagstaff, AZ, and one sister, Mrs. Ed Eagleson of Calhoun also survive.Mrs. Helen Holtz of Olney, Mrs. Veryl Brewer, Mrs. Max Morris, Nellie Lou Elliott, and James Elliott are grandchildren.

Mrs. Elliott graduated in the Olney high school in the class of 1886.

Funeral services were held at the Elm Street Christian Church Sunday with interment at Haven Hill cemetery.
