Dr. Elwood Alley, 81, retired St. Louis dentist, died last week at a hospital in St. Louis.  Funeral services were held in St. Louis Saturday. 

Dr. Alley was the son of pioneer Olney residents and was born here, being one of the first graduated of Olney High School. 

Word of his death was received by George B. Murray, a close friend

Dr. Alley is survived by his wife Frances, two daughters, Mrs. W. C. Bealer of Chicago and Mrs. C. A. Bowersox of Eureka, MO, and one brother, Henry Alley, of Los Angeles, CA.
