John Aldridge, 67, departed this life Friday, August 1, 2008 at the St. Joseph Hospital in London, Kentucky.

He was born March 24, 1941 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the son of the late Henry & Virginia (Kissen) Aldridge.

John is survived by his wife, Bonnie (Burbank) Aldridge of Tyner and by two daughters, Trina McWhorter of Tyner and Teresa Heden of Union. He is also survived by a brother, Jim Aldridge of Illinois; by a sister, Janet Andrews of Memphis, TN and by two half brothers, Rick Kissen and Roger Kissen both of Illinois. John was blessed with seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

John was a member of the House of Prayer Church.

Funeral service at the House of Prayer in Annville, Ky. with Bro. Donnie Parrett and Bro. Tim Wells officiating. Burial followed in the Ingram Cemetery. Lakes Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
