April Tina Boulb, 34 of Olney, died at 12:40 p.m. Tuesday September 24, 2002 at University of Chicago Hospital.  A memorial service was held at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney with Reverend Michael Bever officiating.  Interment of cremains at a later date.

Ms. Boulb was born on February 17, 1968 in Olney, the daughter of Cecil L. and Betty (Jackson) Boulb.

She was a homemaker.

Ms. Boulb is survived by her mother, Betty Boulb of Olney; three children, Meagan Adams, Chelsey Boulb and Jakob Boulb all at home; three brothers, Steven Boulb of Olney, Leonard Boulb of Lincoln and Brian Boulb of Coleman, Fla. and two sisters, Sonia Boulb of Olney and Debbie Knauf of Fla.

She was preceded in death by her father.
