Kenny J. Tracy

Kenneth Jean Tracy, 49, Noble, Illinois died at John Cochran V.A. Hospital in St. Louis Thursday afternoon, May 8, 1980.  Services at the Summers Funeral Home with Rev. Martin Stump presiding. Burial in the Noble Cemetery. Military graveside rites conducted by the Olney Veterans Organization.

Mr. Tracy was born in Olney on June 18, 1930, son of Kenneth J. and Grace E. (Farran) Tracy. He married Joanne Hough on April 13, 1952, and she survives.

He worked for Zanetis Oil Properties for 12 years, was a Veteran of World War II,  a member of the First Christian Church in Noble and American Legion and V.F.W.

Survivors include his wife, Joanne; two sons, David, West Salem, Michael, Noble; two daughters, Connie Jo Smith, and Debra Kay Ashbaugh, both of Noble; two sisters, Edna Tracy, Olney, and Mrs. June Culbertson, Claremont; seven grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and his father and mother-in-law, Dick and Ruth Hough, Noble.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, Ida Heath and Edith Tracy.
