Lisa Fulgham Lucas, 44, of Vero Beach, Florida, died Thursday, September 5, 1996.  Services at First United Methodist Church in Vero Beach, Fla. with Rev. Mike Oliver officiating and Pastor Jack Harl assisting.  Burial in Crestlawn Cemetery.

Lucas was born January 20, 1952 in Olney, the daughter of John and Margaret Fulgham.  She was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church.  She was active in the Rosewood P.T.A., serving as president two times and the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts.  She was a member of First Baptist Church in Olney.  She was also owner of Lucas Waterproofing in Vero Beach.

She is survived by her parents of Valle Crucia, N.C.; her husband, Paul Lucas of Vero Beach, Fla.; two sons, Robert Lucas and Paul R. Lucas; a daughter, Rebecca Lucas, all of Vero Beach; a brother, Jeffrey Fulgham of Dover, Del.; two sisters, Cele Schaffer of Knoxville, Tenn. and Sharon Warren of Peachtree City, Ga.
