Leroy "Bud" A. Chaplin, 59 of Olney died Tuesday July 8, 2008 at his residence.  Cremation rites accorded.  A memorial service held at Faith Lutheran Church in Flora with Pastor Tim Hahn officiating.

Mr. Chaplin was born on April 14, 1949 in Olney, the son of Roy and Helen Emma (Becker) Chaplin.

He was a teacher of martial arts.

Mr. Chaplin is survived by a son Brian Chaplin of Marienville, Pa.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
