Floyd Rauch, 49, of Berryville died Thursday, November 20, 2003 at his residence.  Graveside services at Mt. Hope Cemetery in rural Claremont with Reverend Father Bill Rowe officiating.

Mr. Rauch was born on February 19, 1954 in Olney, the son of Cletus and Laura (Kocher) Rauch.  He married Shirley Slunaker on March 27, 1976 in Olney.  She survives.

He worked at Champion Lab in West Salem, after working 27 years at AMF in Olney.  He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Olney.

Mr. Rauch is survived by his wife, Shirley Rauch of Berryville; a son Tony Floyd Rauch of Berryville; his parents, Cletus and Laura Rauch of Olney; six sisters, Marcella Ochs and her husband, Ken of Olney, Theresa Ochs and her husband, Gerald of Olney, Alice Kaufmann and her husband, Leonard of Effingham, Gertrude Kocher and her husband, Don of Olney, Delores Kerner and her husband, Larry of Portage, Ind. and Mary Kocher and her husband, Delmar of Olney; his mother-in-law, Mary Slunaker of Berryville and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Ray Slunaker and grandparents.
