James Cummins - Class Of 1909

James F. Cummins Jr., age 60, of 414 North Elliott street, passed away last Thursday night, February 6, 1952 at the Olney Sanitarium. He had been in poor health for some time.

For many years Mr. Cummins had been recognized as one of Olney's finest painters and decorators.

He was a veteran of World War I.

He is survived by his wife, Maria; five sons, James Cummins of Boston, Mass., Joe Cummins of Olney, Frank Cummins of Olney, George Cummins of Washington, Ind. and Patrick Cummins of Olney; and two sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Wamsley of Aurora and Mrs. Rachael Gaddy of Champaign.

Funeral services were held Monday morning at St. Joseph's Catholic church with interment in the parish cemetery, under direction of the Summers-Wilson Funeral Home.
