Dennis L. Ochs, 68, of Terre Haute, Indiana died unexpectedly on Saturday, June 30, 2018. Burial in St. Mary’s of the Assumption Cemetery in Ste. Marie, Illinois.

Dennis was born May 22, 1950 in Olney, Illinois, the son of Eustace H. Ochs and Theresa E. (Hoffman) Ochs.

Dennis was a 1968 graduate of ERHS and worked and retired at Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney. He loved playing music on his guitar and riding his bicycle. We will miss his sense of humor and his creative gift-giving at special occasions.

He is survived by two sisters, Lucy Kesler (Richard) of Vero Beach, Florida and Nancy Thompson of Port Charlotte, Florida; one brother, James Ochs (Laura) of Naperville, Illinois; six adopted children, Jeremy, Jenny, Logan, Jacob, Katie and Lukas; and three grandchildren.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Connie Minard.
