Shirley was my sister . She was the second from the oldest in our family and she was the sweetest lady I ever knew . Shirley left this world way too soon, she was only 30 when she passed .  .

I was only about 6 months old when Shirley got married --and I was 15 when she passed away . Because of our age differnce , I did not get to  spend much time with her . But I think about her really often .

I have been approached by  2 men who asked me if I was" Shirley Novak'"s sister --I have to hesitate because she has always been "Brown " to me . They had nothing but nice things to say abouth Shirley --Made me proud to say she IS my sister. blush
