Mary E. Bailey, 95, of Port Charlotte, Florida, formerly of Olney died Saturday January 27, 2001 at St. Joseph Hospital in Port Charlotte, Fla.

Burial in Haven Hill Memorial Gardens in Olney.

Mrs. Bailey was born on January 10, 1906 in Dundas, the daughter of Dr. George and Elsie (Hilburn) Trotter. She married Howard M. Bailey in May 1927. He preceded her in death on January 30, 1970.

She attended Washington University in St. Louis, Mo.; was a homemaker and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Olney.

Mrs. Bailey is survived by two sons, Robert Bailey of Indianapolis, Ind. and Frank Bailey of Charleston; and five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son and two sisters.
