Helen M. Cochran, 79, 1018 E. North Ave., Olney died Wednesday, September 19, 1984 in Richland Memorial Hospital.  Services at Summers Funeral Home with Rev. LeRoy Pittman presiding. Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Cochran was born in Olney, the daughter of James and Mattie (Marks) Horn.  She married Leslie Cochran and he preceded her in death.

She was a salesclerk at J.C. Penney Co. and was a member of the Congregational Christian Church, but attended Immanuel United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Joan Cochran, Olney.

She was preceded in death by her husband and a brother, Theodore Horn.
