Lillis Murray Schilt, Delray Beach, Florida and formerly of Olney, died in Delray Beach.  The body was cremated.

Mrs. Shilt was born November 4, 1904, the daughter of Ben and Grace (VanCleve) Murray. She married Foster Shilt and he survives.

Other survivors include a son, Frank and his wife, Ginny, Huntington, W.Va.; a grandson; three granddaughters; three great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Clifford (Janet) Springer of N. Ft. Myers, Fla.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Robert E. Murray and a sister, Ruth Flocken.
