Clem V. Welker, 69 died April 17, 1974 at Ruskin, Florida, according to word received this morning by relatives in Olney.

Mr. Welker was born in Olney in 1904 and lived here until about eight years ago, when he and his wife retired and moved to Florida.

He attended Olney schools.

He entered the Postal Service and retired a number of years ago. He operated Welker's Market on S. West St. in partnership with his son, Allen, for about ten years.

Surviving are his wife, Charlene; a son, Allen of Olney; two daughters, Virginia Bunson of Indianapolis, Ind. and Joan Street of Ruskin, Fla.; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services at the Shannon Funeral Home in Ruskin, Fla. with burial in Ruskin.
