Winifred Waxler died Saturday, March 23, 1991 at the Meadowbrook Health Center at Clark Lindsey Village, Urbana.

She was born Dec. 18, 1902 in Morris County, a daughter of Everett and Harriet Leake Applegate.

She married Dr. Kenneth M. Waxler at Olney. He survives. Survived by two daughters, Mary Carol Williams of Boston and Nancy E. Waxler Morrison of Vancouver, British Columbia.

She was preceded in death by three brothers.
