Janet Elizabeth McCarty Springer, 90, a native of Olney, Illinois and a resident of Fort Myers, Florida for many years, died Monday, March 15, 1993 in Alabama.

Janet was the daugher of Ben and Grace (VanCleve) Murray.  She married Donovan D. McCarty who preceded her in death in 1976, she later married Clifford H. Springer he passed away in 1981.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Marianna Richart of Gulf Shores, Ala. and Mrs. Susan Hall of Fallbrook, Calif; one step-daughter, Mrs. Linna McDade of St. Joseph, Ill; one granddaughter; seven grandsons and six great-grandchildren.

Private entombment in Fort Myers Memorial Gardens in Fort Myers, Florida.
