Richard Winston Barker, 76, Orlando, Florida died Thursday, November 21, 1985 . Born in Parkersburg, Ill., December 18, 1908 son of Joseph M. and Dora E. (Schrouder) Barker, he moved to Orlando from Illinois in 1963.

He was a retired supervisor for a utility car company and was a Methodist.

Survivors include his wife, Alma L.; daughter, Linda Campbell, Orlando; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ralph E. Barker.
