Hazel Ruth (Byers) Fritschle, 58, of Olney, Rt. 4, passed away at the family residence Tuesday morning, November 25, 1969 after a lengthy illness.

She was born March 17, 1911 in Richland County, daughter of Luther P. and Anna May (Cook) Byers. She was married to Myrl J. Fritschle on December 5, 1929.

Mrs. Fritschle was a member of St. James Lutheran Church.

Surviving is her husband and one son, Arthur E. Fritschle of Olney; a daughter, Mrs. Anna Mae Barber of Olney; six grandchildren and a brother, George B. Byers of Lexington, Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Grace Courtright on August 5, 1956.

Services in the memorial chapel of Summers-Rainey Funeral Home with burial in Crest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
