Ada Marie Stivers, 70, Rt. 2, West Salem, died at Burgin Manor Nursing Home Monday, April 20, 1981.

Services in the Summers Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry St. Clair presiding. Burial in the Moravian Cemetery in West Salem.

Mrs. Stivers was born Nov. 7, 1910 in Richland County, the daughter of Robert and Gertrude (Henby) Varner. She married Roy Stivers May 30, 1928 and he survives.

Other survivors include a brother Earl Varner, Olney; two sisters Ava Harrison, Olney; and Betty Jean Boling, St. Louis, Mo.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Bobby Gene Stivers, a daughter, Betty Jean Stivers, an infant daughter, Pearl, a brother, Harold D. Varner, and a sister, Berdena Harrison.
