Lois I. Bailey, 80, of Noblesville, Ind., died Sunday, April 14, 1991 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville, Ind.  Services at Randall & Roberts Logan Street Chapel, Nobelsville, Ind. with Rev. Paul Kern presiding. Graveside services at Haven Hill Cemetery, Olney.

Ms. Bailey was born Dec. 17, 1910 in Olney, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis E. Bailey.

Ms. Bailey was a retired Federal employee, retiring in 1969 as a Secretary for the U.S. Treasury for 40 years in Washington, D.C. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Washington, D.C. and Noblesville Senior Citizens.

Survivors include four nephews, Lowell and wife Judy Bailey of Noblesville, Robert H. Bailey, Frank T. Bailey, and George L. Bailey.
