Loren F. Dietrich, 74, 615 N. Fair St., Olney died Thursday April 5, 1984 at 415 W. Elm, Olney.  Services in Summers Funeral Home with Rev. Donald M. Jackle presiding. There will be an Elks Memorial Ritual. Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Dietrich was born April 27, 1909 in Richland County, the son of Frederic and Cora (Burgener) Dietrich. He married Venus Forney June 17, 1932 and she survives.

He was a dry cleaner at Fox Cleaners. He was head of the Laundry Department at the Olney Sanitarium and Richland Memorial Hospital for 21 years.

He was a member of the United Church of Christ and Olney Lodge 926 P.P.O. Elks.

Other survivors include a son, Fred and daughter-in-law, Janet of Olney; a daughter, Phyllis and son-in-law, Rex Gaddy of Findlay, Ohio; a grandchild, Debra and her husband, Scott; a great-grandchild and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
