Hazel E. Arnold, 82, died Saturday, May 23, 1992 in Olney.  Funeral services held in Olney with burial in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.

Mrs. Arnold was born February 20, 1910, in Richland county, the daughter of Oscar and Carrie (Goss) Chaplin. She married Leo Thomas Arnold, March 7, 1931 and he preceded her in death.

She was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church and a member of the Royal Neighbors.

Survived by one son, Bruce Arnold of Elmhurst; and one daughter, Rosemary Eichhorst, of Olney, eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
