HAZEL H. PERRY, 89, of Mt. Carmel, formerly of Bridgeport died April 8, 1999 at Shurtleff Manor Nursing Home.  Funeral services at the Cunningham Funeral Home with burial in Crest Haven Cemetery.

Mrs. Perry was born March 12, 1910 in Richland County, the daughter of Earl and Hattie (Elston) Haskell. She married Daniel E. Perry. He preceded her in death.

She was a housewife, a member of the Central Christian Church of Lawrenceville and Eastern Star of Lawrenceville.

Mrs. Perry is survived by two daughters, Brenda Marriott of Mt. Carmel and Beverly Ross of Cleveland, Ohio; four sons, Clifford of Seattle, Wash., Sherrell of Nashville, Tenn., Don of Decatur and Gary of Manhattan, Mont.; 20 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; one daughter; three sons; one granddaughter; one sister and one brother.
