Guy D. Moore, 73, of Springfield, Illinois died Tuesday, September 28, 1982 at St. John’s Hospital.

He was born in Olney, Illinois April 3, 1909, the son of Harvey and Eunice Youngling Moore.  Mr. Moore was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Church and the Elks Club of Boca Raton, Fla.

He was recently preceded in death by his wife, Frances (Curvin) Moore on September 26, 1982.  One sister and one brother also preceded him in death.

Surviving are several nieces and nephews; one cousin, Elsa Hogencamp.

Services held at Blessed Sacrament Church with the Rev. Hugh Cassidy officiating.  Burial in Calvary Cemetery, Springfield.
