Walter C. Bullard, 95, of Olney died Friday, February 27, 2004 at Lawrence Cummunity Healthcare Center in Bridgeport.  A memorial service at First Presbyterian Church in Olney with Pastor Denise Burke officiating.

Mr. Bullard was born on August 26, 1908 in Richland County, the son of Robert and Anna Rose (Burgener) Bullard. He married Anna Katherine VonAlmen on January 2, 1943 in Monterey, Calif. She preceded him in death on March 14, 1996.

Mr. Bullard was a U.S. Army veteran serving in the South Pacific during WW II.  He had been a loan officer at Olney Savings & Loan for 35 years. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Olney.

Mr. Bullard is survived by a son, Robert Bullard and his wife, Belinda of Richland, Mich.; three grandchildren and one great-grandson.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
