Luphenous Alfred "Phene" Eagleson, 60, died Sunday March 28, 1971 at Richland Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Eagleson was born in Richland County on July 17, 1910, the son of Stanley and Lela Rooks Eagleson.

The Eagleson family has been in the automobile business for over 40 years and Phene was the owner and operator of Stanley Eagleson Oldsmobile-Cadillac in Olney.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy and his children: David and Ted of Olney, Mrs. William L. Schaub of Springfield, Mrs. C. Michael David of Charleston, Paul of Sydney, Australia, Lawrence, Jim, Mary Lucia and Dorothy Ellen at home; his mother, Mrs. Stanley Eagleson; two brothers, S.J. "Bud" of Reno, Nevada, Noble of Olney; a sister, Mrs. Max Hocking of Olney and 19 grandchildren.

A Mass was offered at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with a Rosary at Summers-Marshall Funeral Home/
