Miss Aileen Gharst, age 21, passed away at the Sanitarium Sunday night, March 23, 1930.  Tuberculosis was the cause of her death.  Funeral services held at the Baptist Church in Wakefield, burial in Wakefield Cemetery.

Miss Gharst was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Gharst of Denver Township. She graduated from the Olney High School in 1927 and later attended Charleston Teacher's College.  She was teacher at Brush College previous to her illness.
