Elva Irene (Lathrop) Porter, age 68 of Moreno Valley, California passed away Thursday, December 22, 1977 in Riverside.

She was born February 8, 1909 in Morton, Arkansas the daughter of Mont and Daisy (Caudle) Lathrop. She married Kenneth W. Porter July 12, 1931 in Lawrence County Illinois.

Elva was survived by her husband, Kenneth Porter; sisters, Helen Coen, Sylvia Dix, Loraine Kraus and Opal Moguin;  brothers, Frank O. Lathrop, Maynard Lathrop and Maurice D. Lathrop.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mont and Daisy Lathrop and two infant siblings.

Burial in Olive Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery, LaMerida, California.
