Roy Laverne Chaplin, 54, of Olney died Friday, July 19, 1963 at home. Services at Summers-Rainey Funeral Home with burial in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Effingham, IL.

Roy was born June 20, 1909 son of Rolla D. and Corda Jones Chaplin. He married Helen Becker and she survives.

Survivors include, his wife, Helen; son, Leroy at home; mother, Mrs. Corda Chaplin, Olney; sister, Mrs. Clay Lacy, Olney.
