Myrl Hill, 72, 315 E. Chestnut St., Olney died late Thursday evening, June 28, 1979 at Richland Memorial Hospital.  Funeral services at Olney First Presbyterian Church with Pastor Ray Zumstein officiating. Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery.

He was born January 12, 1907 in Olney, son of Delbert and Estella Conklin Hill. On November 18, 1931 he married Helen Gruber in Olney.

Surviving are his wife, Helen; and a sister, Werdna Porter, Olney.

Mr. Hill owned and operated Hill Implements, the John Deere Dealership in Olney, for 42 years, retiring in 1970.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of Olney Savings & Loan Association and a member of the Richland County Board of Review. He was also a member of the First Presbyterian Church where he served as an elder, and a 50-year member of Olney Lodge 926 BPOElks.
