Jane Wharf Montgomery, 75, of Olney, died Wednesday, September 18, 1991 at Richland Memorial Hospital.  Funeral services in the Chapel of Zirkle Funeral Home with Pastor David A. McNabb officiating.  Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Montgomery was born January 13, 1916 in Chicago.  Her parents were James E. and Edith (Stone) Wharf.  She married William Montgomery September 28, 1937 and he preceded her in death November 19, 1971.

Mrs. Montgomery was a homemaker.  She was a member of First Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. Montgomery is survived by one son, James William Montgomery of Kernsville, N.C.; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Montgomery was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
