Clem Marsh

Clem Wesley Marsh, 77, of Tuscola, Illinois died Friday, January 10, 1992 at Covenant Medical Center in Urbana. Funeral services at Mitchell-Jerdan Funeral Home with burial in Dodge Grove Cemetery.

He was born September 30, 1914 in Olney, Illinois the son of John L. and Alice M.(Clem) Marsh. He married Dortha Evelyn Lough in 1938; she survives.

Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Howard (Mary Lou) Brown and Mrs. Hazel Smith, both of Olney and Mrs. Elsie Riggins of San Mateo, Calif.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother and one stepson.

Mr. Marsh was owner and operator of Marsh Trucking and Bulldozing in Tuscola for more than 42 years. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Tuscola, the Assumption Masonic Lodge No. 451, Scottish Rite Valley of Springfield, Ansar Temple (Shriners) of Springfield and was active as a sponsor for Alcoholics Anonymous for many years.
