Martha Lucille Hinkel, 89, of Olney, IL died October 15, 2003.

Mrs. Hinkel was born October 6, 1914, the daughter of William and Maude (Runyon) Farris  

She was a long time member and Sunday School teacher at the United Brethren and Immanuel United Methodist churches and lived her 89 years in the farming community west of Olney.

She loved to paint, read, give readings and work in her garden.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Woodrow Hinkel; her daughter, Mitzie Bryant; and her sons, Ronnie and Daniel Hinkel.

Funeral services at Immanuel United Methodist Church in Olney with interment in Crest Haven Memorial Park near Claremont.
