Virginia Lee Dunson, 70, of Riverview, Florida, died Tuesday December 15, 1998 at home. Burial in Ruskin Memorial Park, Ruskin, Florida.  Stowers Funeral Home, Riverview in charge.

Born in Olney, Illinois June 12, 1928, daughter of Clem V. and Charlene V. (Harms) Welker, she came to Riverview from Indianapolis 15 years ago.

She was an office manager for Turf Keepers, Wimauma, for 15 years. She was a member of Riverview United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women's & American Business Woman Association. She volunteered with Meals on Wheels. She was owner of Animal Fair Pet Shops in Indiana. She served in the Air Force during the Korean War.

Survivors include a son, Brad, Riverview; two daughters, Mindy Burch, Indianapolis, and Sherrie Nelson, Apollo Beach; a brother, Allen Walker, Olney; a sister, Joann Street, Riverview; and two grandchildren.
