Charlotte V. (Morgan) Simmons, 87, of Charleston and formerly of Cisne, died Saturday, September 26, 2015, at Charleston Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Charleston.  Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney in charge of arrangements.

Charlotte was born March 8, 1928, the daughter of Willis and Hazel (Holtz) Morgan.  She was a very loving and giving person and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, spouses and son.
